Just landed in Chicago for a layover

I have decided to start a series called Molts. Chris Koppi helped me come up with the title. I am thinking about methods of casting, collection bodily fluids, and commercial relationships. I started making my own wrapping-casts last summer, but it did not really suit the KNEES work, so I put a metaphorical pin in it for a while. There are soooooo many things I want to cast like this— ankles are just the start.

Want a piece of me? I am trying to sell this work at an art benefit, we will see if it gets accepted. I also want to try and sell my Molts on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.

This Molt (Molt 1) was made in collaboration with Marissa Gallo, my athletic trainer. If it sells, she gets 50% of the cut because she BEAUTIFULLY crafted this ankle taping, and athletic trainers are like artists in that they don;t get paid enough for their labor. She had to touch my nasty foot [BARF].
